What is the recommended lead time to place an order?

As we are fully booked on some dates, it is best recommended to place your order early. Do indicate your order date when placing your order. In the event we are fully booked, we will contact you within 24 hours after order is placed. All slots are based on a first come first served basis and will be subjected to availability.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once we receive your payment by the stipulated date, we will proceed to lock in your order. In the event that payment is not well received by the stipulated date, the order will be deemed cancelled. Reinstatement of the order will be subjected to availability.

What if I need a cake urgently?

Feel free to drop us an enquiry and we will advise our availability accordingly.

Can I change my order date after confirmation?

It will be subjected to date availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payment made is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation. > 7 days from event date: 100% of payment | ≤ 7 days from event date: Nil

How can I collect my cakes?

Self collection is available at Yishun. Delivery service is available islandwide starts from $20. Surcharge applies for Sentosa, Jurong Island & etc.
