How long and how should I keep my bakes?

Always keep the bakes away from direct sunlight and in a cool environment during consumption.

For storage, please keep the tarts in an airtight container up to 2 days and cake up to 3 days, both refrigerated.

We are not able to be responsible for food consumed past the stipulated time, as well as issues arising from special dietary needs or allergies.

ORDER
Can I cancel the order once it is paid?

All goods sold are non-refundable.

However, you can write to us at hello@cqua.sg for the reason for your cancellation. We can review it on a case-by-case basis.

If we do offer a refund, there will be an administrative fee of SGD 3 dollars.

Can I change the date of my order?

We need to be informed at least 3 days before your existing order date.

Your new order date should not be less than 4 days later from the request date and it is subject to the item availability.

Can I change the items for my order?

We need to be informed at least 3 days before your existing order date and it is subject to the item availability.

You would need to top up for any difference. Should we need to refund you for the difference, there will be an administrative fee of SGD 3 dollars.

Where can I find the order slot for delivery or pickup?

It’s located near the checkout button once items are added to cart.

You can schedule your pickup or delivery date up to 30 days in advance, but not less than 3 days from the date of order.

If there are no available slots, just WhatsApp us to see whether we can arrange something.

But, no promises okay! 😝

Where’s the pickup location?

Pickup location is at Yishun Street 51.

Full address will be sent to your email once payment is made.

Can I change my pickup to delivery?

It is subject to delivery date and item availability and we need to be informed at least 3 days before your pickup date.

Delivery cost is calculated based on your location.

The delivery date should not be less than 4 days later from the request date and it is subject to the item availability.

How much is your delivery fee?

Delivery cost is calculated based on your location.

You can find the charges once you checkout your cart before payment.

Can I cancel my delivery?

If you want to cancel your delivery, you need to inform us at least 3 days before your existing delivery date. Otherwise, we’re not able to refund you.

There will be an administrative fee of SGD 3 dollars for the refund.
