STORAGE
How long and how should I keep my bakes?

Always keep the bakes away from direct sunlight and in a cool environment during consumption.

For storage, please keep the tarts up to 2 days in an airtight container to prevent it soggy from absorbing moisture in your fridge and cake up to 3 days, both refrigerated.

We are not able to be responsible for food consumed past the stipulated time, as well as issues arising from special dietary needs or allergies.

ORDER
Can I cancel the order once it is paid?

All goods sold are non-refundable.

However, you can write to us at hello@cqua.sg for the reason for your cancellation. We can review it on a case-by-case basis.

If we do offer a refund, we can offer a discount code with a 6 months validity or charge a 5% administrative fee based on your total order value for cash refund.

Can I change the date of my order?

Where can I find the order slot for delivery or pickup?

Once you add your items to the cart and view your cart summary, it’s located near the checkout button.

Order slots are usually available 2 to 4 weeks ahead and you can book at least 3 days in advance.

If there are no available slots, just WhatsApp us to see whether we can arrange something. But, no promises okay! 😝

Pickup location is at Yishun Street 51.

Full address will be sent to your email once payment is made.

If you need to deliver within a two hour time frame or during peak hours, you need to top up SGD 8 dollars or 10 dollars respectively on top of your current delivery charges.
